Game of Thrones – Urzeala Tronurilor (2011)

In aceasta adaptare a seriei A Song of Ice and Fire, scrisa de George R.R. Martin, 7 familii nobiliare lupta pentru controlul politic si militar al miticului tinut Westeros. Robert Baratheon, regele respectivului tinut, ii cere prietenului sau de-o viata, Eddard Stark, sa-i fie consultant oficial. Banuind ca predecesorul sau a fost asasinat, Eddard accepta “invitatia” regala doar pentru a putea investiga in voie crima.

Familia reginei comploteaza in liniste si cu tenacitate, in timp ce clanul Targaryen, candva la conducerea tinutului, nu se lasa si cauta varii modalitati pentru a reveni la putere.

In timp ce aceste retele complicate de comploturi, asasinate, planuri si contraplanuri pipereaza existenta celor din Westeros, in nordul inghetat o forta malefica se trezeste cu pofta de razbunare…
